Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and assisting in workforce planning. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies, administering employee benefits, handling attendance and leave management,



and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Specialist will also address employee queries, help resolve workplace concerns, coordinate training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.
