Salary: 60,000–70,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager – Operations to manage the overall operations of a resort in Chikmagalur. The ideal candidate should have solid hospitality experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and guest services.
- Lead and manage the hotel team effectively.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, hygiene,



and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with management for operational planning and improvements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager / Resort Manager / Operations Manager.
- Experience in reputed hotels or resorts preferred.
- Strong knowledge of overall hotel operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Chikmagalur are preferred.
