Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting targets, and tracking performance. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors. The Sales Manager will conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations,



while coordinating closely with marketing and operations to ensure consistent service delivery. The position also requires preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and contributing to pricing and promotional decisions to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and closing techniques in the real estate or related sector.
- Robust client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and follow-up capabilities.
- Experience leading and motivating sales teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance.
- Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics, property sales processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
