Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Engineer to provide technical support, manage ITinfrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of servers, desktops, networks, and enterprise applications.The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining system availability, and supporting end users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and client systems,Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing services.
Monitor server performance, system health, and network connectivity,Perform user account management, access control, and password administration.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues,Manage backup and recovery operations to ensure data protection.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Handle incidents, service requests,



and change management activities,Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and system patching compliance.
Configure and support printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices,Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and asset inventory records,Provide remote and onsite support to users as required.
