Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,



and other relevant channels to grow brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with creative teams on visuals and copy, scheduling and publishing posts, and managing community interactions through comments, messages, and reviews. The Social Media Marketing Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to support launches, promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling aligned with Belaax™’s identity.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing, including planning content calendars and aligning campaigns with broader marketing
