You will work alongside the recruitment team and gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for assigned vacancies.
- Support initial candidate screening activities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support job posting and recruitment-related administrative activities.
- Learn and apply recruitment sourcing and screening techniques.
- Assist the recruitment team in executing recruitment strategies.
- Support day-to-day recruitment coordination and documentation.

Requirements
