Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Shahpur Jat, Near Hauz Khas, Delhi

Type: Internship | On-site

Responsibilities:

→ Assist in managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

→ Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions & other KPIs.

→ Conduct audience, competitor & creative research.

→ Assist with campaign testing, optimization & scaling.

→ Track daily performance and prepare reports.

→ Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives.

→ Analyze campaign data and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements:

→ Basic understanding of Digital/Performance Marketing.

→ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

→ Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

→ Positive communication and willingness to learn.

→ Freshers with relevant knowledge, certifications or projects can apply.
