ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Monitor vehicles in real time using tracking systems, inform project teams, RTH and document call log
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to address delays or undelivered vehicles through timely follow-ups, clear communication and escalations
- Follow up with drivers and vendors to ensure timely submission and uploading of PODs.
- Verify and process Proof of Delivery (POD), ensuring unclean PODs are cleaned and routed to the appropriate queue (Calculate and capture correct detention charges, raise supplementary invoices if reqd)
- Resolve discrepancies related to POD and E-bill processes efficiently (Raise supplementary invoice,
- Coordinate with project, finance, and IT teams to resolve vendor disputes.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement through regular coordination with drivers, vendors,



and project teams.
- Confirm vehicles are dispatched only with proper documentation, including printed LR copies.
- Maintain proactive communication with drivers, vendors, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of tracking details, indent creation, LR creation, approvals, trip start and trip closure.
- Demonstrate flexibility by cross-skilling and upskilling to take on additional responsibilities as per business needs while meeting targets.

Requirements:
- Shift Timing - 6:30 AM 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, 1:30 PM 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 24x7 process - Must be willing to work in Night shift and on weekend / holidays as per business need
- Above shifts are rotational, with rotational week offs and 6 days work from office
