We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to lead merchant acquisition and partner management within an assigned territory/zone. In this role, you will be on the ground identifying potential partner stores (restaurants, retail, and local merchants), pitching our platform, negotiating terms, closing partnerships, and ensuring smooth ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, visit, and pitch prospective partner stores and restaurants within your designated zone.
- Closing Partnerships: Present business growth value propositions, negotiate commission structures/commercials, and sign up new merchant partners.
- Onboarding & Document Collection: Gather required business/legal compliance documents (FSSAI, GST, bank details, contracts) to initiate store onboarding.
- Account Management & Relationship Building:



Serve as the primary account manager for active merchants in your territory to drive engagement, menu/catalog compliance, and order volume.
- Zone Performance & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a structured daily sales pipeline, track conversion metrics, and meet weekly/monthly store acquisition targets.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Catalogue Management and Logistics teams to ensure quick store setup and operational activation.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, business development, or account management (experience in food delivery, e-commerce, POS sales, or hyper-local delivery platforms is highly preferred).
- Local Geography Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local commercial hubs, food corridors, and key retail zones in the target market.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation
