About the Role

Aldous Glare Tech & Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our Solar Sales team at the Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer and dealer communications, following up on sales leads, coordinating with EPC/dealer partners, and supporting the sales team in generating and converting business opportunities.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build solid relationships with customers and business partners over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and sales leads and introduce relevant solar products and solutions.
- Follow up with existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to move prospects through the sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about solar products, solutions, pricing, and related services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure that leads are properly tracked until conversion or closure.
- Coordinate with dealers,



EPC partners, customers, and the internal sales team for smooth communication and lead processing.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, follow-up, and conversion.
- Share qualified leads and customer requirements with the respective sales executives for further action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversion status.
- Coordinate with dealers/EPC partners regarding enquiries, requirements, quotations, and sales updates.
- Reconnect with inactive or pending leads and identify opportunities for conversion.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers to improve customer experience.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
