About the Role

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive Finance Operations to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, vendor and bank reconciliations, corporate card accounting, Razorpay reconciliation, and other finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle invoice booking for capital creditors, repairs, technology, Uber, and other vendors.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents and ensure accurate and timely booking.




- Manage invoice knocking and follow up on pending, unmatched, or disputed invoices.
- Maintain proper invoice folders and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and upload bank reconciliation workings for various bank accounts.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage accounting and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions.
- Follow up with cardholders for missing bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Handle petty cash expense booking and reconciliation.
- Record and reconcile bank FD interest and other related accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain Razorpay reconciliation workings and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
