We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function for our Import & Export company in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, and day-to-day employee relations.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Indian labour laws, Tamil Nadu statutory requirements, payroll processes, and HR best practices, along with the ability to work closely with management and employees.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Import & Export, Logistics, Trading,



Manufacturing, Freight Forwarding, or a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

Experience in payroll and HRMS/ERP systems.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR software.

Valuable command of English; knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
