Process: Order to Cash (O2C) | Accounts Receivable | Billing

Key Responsibilities.
Manage end-to-end Billing Operations using SAP
Handle O2C / Accounts Receivable billing processes
Generate, validate and reconcile invoices
Handle billing disputes, write-offs and resolution
Support margin performance and billing accuracy
Manage client communication with global MNC clients
Handle multiple billing models including T&M;, Milestone and Lumpsum Billing.

Must-Have Skills




Excellent English communication & client-handling skills
Strong Accounts Receivable / O2C experience
Expertise in Invoice & Billing Processing
Hands-on experience with SAP
SAP S/4HANA – Added Advantage
Experience in Manual / Adhoc Billing
Fixed Price Billing
Time & Material (T&M;) Billing
Milestone / Lumpsum Billing
Consumption Billing
Solid experience working with US / Global MNC clients
