- Inventory Management-Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, spare parts, and finished Local Candidates Only goods.
- Regularly update stock registers/ERP systems.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory 2.Material Handling & Storage- Ensure proper storage of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components as per standards.
- Label and categorize items to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Handle sensitive machine parts with care to prevent damage.
- Coordination- Work closely with production, procurement, QC, and dispatch departments.
- Follow up with purchase department for pending material or shortages.
- Support QC during inspection of incoming materials.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and follows 5S standards.
- Get stores and items regularly cleaned by cleaner.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while handling heavy or delicate components.
- Prevent pilferage and enforce proper access control.
