The role

Most of what a member pays for happens after they leave the clinic. The blood draw takes thirty minutes. The twelve months that follow are where the value is, and they are where TSquared Health either earns a second year or does not. This role owns those twelve months.

It is not a support function. Acquiring a member through paid advertising costs more than that member returns in their first year, which means the business does not make money on anyone until they renew, upgrade, or refer someone. Every one of those three things happens inside this role. You are the person who makes the difference between a business that buys members and a business that keeps them.

You will be the first dedicated hire in this function. You will build the systems as you run them.

What you own

Activation.
Getting every new member onto the TSquared AI platform, through the guided health profile, and connected to their wearable,



within the first seventy-two hours. First value has to arrive before the first results do, or the member disengages while waiting.

The post-result moment.
Results land five to seven working days after the draw, following review by Dr. Hisham. You run the fifteen-step Post-Result Protocol from there, across two different tracks. Members who train with TSquared PT or rehabilitate with TSquared Physio move onto a human care team, and you write the Care Team Brief that tells that team what changed, what to programme differently, and what would trigger a referral back to the physician. Health-only members move onto a structured automation sequence, and you own whether that sequence actually lands.

The six-month retest.
This is the most significant date in the member lifecycle and the one most likely to quietly slip. Signature and Elite members receive a focused retest on the most clinically relevant mark
