Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Manage sales activities by engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Oversee employee orientation, training & development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, customer service standards,



and operational procedures.
- Conduct interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a solid retail team aligned with company values.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory management while ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and payroll records.
- Supervise stock replenishment, inventory management, purchasing decisions, and inventory control to optimize product availability.
- Implement management best practices in merchandising, pricing strategies, shift management, and operational workflows to maximize store performance.
- Foster excellent customer service by maintaining phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational skills that enhance the shopping experience.
- Lead team meetings to motivate staff, communicate goals clearly, and promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and leadership.
