2,POSITION SUMMARY As an Executive in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence by generating leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and identifying current business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies that drive revenue growth and support the company's overall business objectives. This role will require field work, including client meetings, property visits, site inspections, and other business-related activities, as needed.

Position: Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will support the BD and Sales team in lead generation, prospecting, market research, and client coordination activities.



The Executive will assist in building a strong sales pipeline and contribute to achieving business development targets through outbound engagement and research-based prospecting.

Key Roles &Responsibilities;

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting  Assist in identifying and generating potential leads through online and offline sources.  Conduct cold calling and initial outreach to prospective clients as per assigned database.  Support the BD team in developing new business opportunities through outbound activities.

2. Outbound Sales Support  Cater to leads generated through outbound channels such as emails, website inquiries, calls, and campaigns.  Send introductory emails, follow-ups, and company profile information to new prospects.

 Schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and maintain communication with potential clients.
