Job Purpose
To perform various assignments designed to improve the facility, assist in supporting the manufacturing operation and site infrastructure developments

Job Duties
The Civil Engineer with 6-10 years of experience is required and will be responsible for managing and executing building construction activities, interior fit-out works, building and facilities maintenance, soft services supervision (housekeeping & gardening), and ensuring high standards of workplace organization through 5S implementation. The role requires robust technical knowledge,



on-site coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple facility operations simultaneously.

Degree requirement:
Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant experience but should have a graduation in Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Building Construction & Interior Works
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise interior fit-out works including carpentry, partitions, painting, flooring, ceilings, and finishing.
- Prepare BOQ, estimate materials, labor, and timelines for project activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, civil structures, plumbing, and related utilities.
