Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP applications using OO ABAP programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop complex reports and interfaces using SAP HCM Time Management module (TM) for payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP Web DynPro development projects.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) using ABAP HR.
- Create custom infotypes, reports, interfaces, and payroll integrations.
- Develop technical documentation and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Support SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and payroll integrations.





Required Skills:
- Solid ABAP expertise (Data Dictionary, Function Modules, Smart Forms, BAPIs, BAdIs, OOABAP).
- Good understanding of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, PT, and Payroll.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration, employee data replication, and payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, CDS Views, OData APIs, RFCs, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Proficient in testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Experience in developing remuneration statements using Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
