Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting cold calls, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Contact prospects and introduce the company's IT services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and client information in CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of IT services/software development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
