Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and highly organized International Patient Care Coordinator to manage the complete patient journey for patients visiting Progenesis IVF from overseas. The role will involve coordinating with international patients, doctors, clinical teams, counsellors, finance, travel partners, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and seamless treatment experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Patient Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for international patients from initial enquiry through treatment and post-treatment follow-up.
- Communicate with patients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultations, investigations, treatment plans, and follow-ups.




- Explain treatment processes, timelines, documentation requirements, and centre procedures clearly to patients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients and ensure timely responses to their queries.

Clinical & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, counsellors, and other clinical teams for smooth patient treatment.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, IVF treatment cycles, procedures, and follow-up visits.
- Ensure all relevant medical records and patient information are available to the concerned teams.
- Escalate patient concerns or clinical queries to the appropriate medical team.

Travel & International Patient Support
- Assist international patients with treatment-related documentation and medical letters required for travel/visa purposes.
