Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts across pharma, biotech, diagnostics, CROs, research
institutions, and life sciences companies.
Build prospect lists of relevant decision-makers in procurement, translational medicine, biomarker
research, pathology, lab operations, clinical operations, and R&D.;
Conduct structured outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, follow-up sequences, and CRM driven
sales cadences.
Generate qualified meetings for leadership and commercial teams.
Present company's capabilities clearly and professionally, including banked biospecimens, prospective
collections, specialty sourcing, and lab services.
Qualify opportunities based on therapeutic area, specimen type, timeline, geography, volume, and
project fit.
Support conference lead follow-up and reactivation of dormant accounts.
Maintain clean CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reporting.




Coordinate with internal teams to share capability decks, follow-up materials, and client-specific
information.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, healthcare, or business
preferred.
2–6 years of experience in business development, SDR/BDR, inside sales, lead generation, or
commercial support.
Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S. and
global clients.
Solid LinkedIn, cold email, and structured prospecting skills.
Comfortable working in U.S. timezone / night shift from India.
Highly organized, self-managed, and comfortable using CRM systems.
Able to understand technical and scientific services without losing commercial clarity.
