Role Description
The Appointment Setter role at WeContentify is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. In this role, the team member will contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to schedule meetings and consultations for the sales or account management teams. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of outreach and appointments in the company’s systems,



and confirming meeting details with both clients and internal stakeholders. The Appointment Setter will also coordinate calendars, manage rescheduling requests, and ensure that all appointments are organized and communicated clearly. Collaboration with colleagues to refine outreach scripts and share feedback from client interactions is an important part of this role.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
