Dravinn Formulations is a growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare products and formulations. We are looking for a persuasive, target-driven, and patient-centric Pharmaceutical Tele caller to join our team and act as the bridge between our offerings and our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct daily calls to pharmacies, stockists, medical representatives, and healthcare professionals to introduce Dravinn Formulations' product lines.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospective clients, evaluate their product needs, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Product Education: Clearly explain product advantages, dosages, formulations, pricing, and promotional offers to potential buyers.
- Order Processing: Take orders over the phone, accurately log details into the database, and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely delivery.
- Relationship Management: Follow up regularly with existing clients to drive repeat orders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed,



updated logs of call outcomes, feedback, and client details in the company database/CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive telephone etiquette in [Primary Language, e.g., English / Hindi].

Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical terms, drug categories, and trade channels (stockists, retailers) is highly desirable.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and CRM software.
