Job Description MSBI SSIS Python Support Engineer (L2 Support)

We are seeking an experienced MSBI, SSIS, and Python Support Engineer to provide L2 application support for enterprise data integration and reporting platforms.

The role involves:
- Monitoring and troubleshooting SSIS jobs, Python-based applications, and ETL workflows
- Investigating and resolving data issues and production incidents
- Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions
- Ensuring adherence to SLA commitments
- Collaborating with business users, L3 teams, and infrastructure teams to support production environments
- Implementing minor enhancements and driving continuous service improvements
- Supporting incident, problem, and change management processes
- Monitoring production systems and maintaining operational stability
- Preparing RCA documentation and support reports
