Job Description:

Ø Aware with all items of raw materials within Food Industry / Restaurant

Ø Maintaining FIFO / LIFO

Ø Update Ledger Entries manually in register & on software/ERP

Ø Experience in Purchasing of raw material, receive goods, weighing and issuing goods as per requirement in various department

Ø Monthly stock closing and consumption report of all stores

Ø Maintaining Inward Bills, GRNs, Purchase Order

Ø Monthly consumption reports department wise

Ø Aware with Excel & Inventory management software

Ø Preparing Daily department wise requisition and issuing raw materials

Requirements and skills

Must have knowledge of operating Stores, Maintaining Stock, Audit of Consumption of RM in Production / Restaurants

· Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agentof food industries or similar role





· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

· Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. ERP)

· Understanding of supply chain procedures

· Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

· Negotiation skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
