About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, preferably within the ERP software / SaaS / IT solutions industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable ERP solutions, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Understand client requirements and business processes to recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and business discussions with potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate sales pipeline records.
- Coordinate with technical/product teams to understand and communicate ERP features and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure strong customer relationships and repeat business.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
