Senior HR Executive – Energy Scape Renewables

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior HR Executive
to manage and take accountability for the overall HR operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HRMS, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions and exits.
- Handle HRMS platforms and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, attendance, leave and other HR data.
- Prior experience with HRMS platforms such as
HR One, Keka, and greytHR
will be preferred.
- Manage payroll processing and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable
statutory and labour laws
, including PF, ESI, PT,



TDS and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee records.
- Coordinate with branch offices and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across locations.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning as required.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs and other HR activities.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors and statutory authorities when required.
- Support management in implementing HR initiatives and improving HR processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of employee information.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
