Key Responsibilities

● Develop and manage marketing collaterals — brochures, catalogues, price lists, posters, danglers, standees, and other print/digital materials — for retail and sales teams

● Plan and execute retail branding across the distributor/retailer network — signage, glow sign boards, shop branding, and in-store POSM

● Identify, onboard, and manage print and production vendors; negotiate costs, timelines, and quality standards

● Explore and develop new marketing collateral formats and ideas — innovative POS materials, seasonal/festive collaterals, and current retail branding concepts

● Coordinate with the design team to brief and develop creatives, and with the sales team to gather collateral requirements

● Manage inventory, print runs, and pan-India distribution of marketing materials to distributors and retailers

● Ensure brand guideline compliance across all printed, digital, and retail branding materials

● Track and manage the marketing collateral budget, vendor quotations, and cost optimisation





● Conduct market visits to audit branding execution quality and assess the effectiveness of collaterals in the field

● Maintain a vendor database, negotiate rate contracts, and ensure timely delivery across locations pan-India

Eligibility Criteria

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing collateral development, retail branding, or trade marketing

● Proven experience managing print/production vendors, from quotation to delivery

● Working understanding of print processes — offline print, large-format signage; packaging exposure is a plus
