Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital and voice channels. The role involves understanding customer needs, assisting with banking services, and recommending suitable financial products.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with assigned customers through calls and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Promote digital banking services and support customers with their queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and requests within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as cards, loans, insurance and other third-party products.




- Identify sales opportunities based on customer profiles and requirements.
- Ensure all customer requests and transactions are processed accurately.
- Follow banking policies, compliance requirements, and internal guidelines.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Not eligible: B.Tech / BE
- Experience: Freshers to 3 years
- Age: 18–30 years
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Telesales or customer-handling experience is an added advantage
