Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, formulation development, and laboratory experiments for current products.
- Develop and improve chemical formulations based on product requirements.
- Perform laboratory trials, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Study and evaluate new raw materials, chemicals, additives, and formulations.
- Conduct product performance testing and prepare test reports.
- Troubleshoot formulation and product-quality issues.
- Support new product development (NPD) and existing product improvement.
- Conduct stability, compatibility, viscosity, pH, density, and other relevant tests.
- Maintain proper laboratory records, experiment reports, and formulation data.
