Role & Responsibilities
- Handle showroom walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Recommend suitable diamond jewellery based on customer preferences and budget.
- Explain Diamond 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat, gold purity, designs and pricing.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper product presentation and follow company SOPs.
- Coordinate with billing, design and back-office teams for smooth order execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.
- Solid knowledge of diamonds and diamond jewellery is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Diamond 4Cs and gold jewellery.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident and customer-focused personality.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Experience with natural diamond jewellery will be preferred.
