Role Description
The Senior Business Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on working closely with clients to understand business objectives, analyze processes,



and identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, performing gap and impact analyses, and developing solution recommendations aligned with client strategy. The Senior Business Consultant will collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into feasible IT solutions, support project planning and execution, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure value realization. The role also involves preparing clear presentations and reports, managing client expectations, contributing to proposals, and mentoring junior consultants as needed.
