Role Description
The Assistant Facility Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of facility services. This role helps oversee day-to-day activities including building maintenance, housekeeping, security coordination, and vendor management to ensure a safe, compliant,
and well-functioning environment. The Assistant Facility Manager monitors service quality, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and supports budget tracking and reporting for facility operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers, addressing operational issues promptly and maintaining clear documentation and communication. The Assistant Facility Manager also supports implementation of sustainability, health, and safety initiatives aligned with Sodexo standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
