Job Summary:We are looking for a Travel Consultant – Ticketing, Refunds & Reissues to manage domestic and international ticketing operations, including bookings, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and schedule changes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems, robust knowledge of airline fare rules and refund processes, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely support while ensuring compliance with airline and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings through GDS and B2B travel platforms.
- Process ticket reissues for itinerary changes, date changes, routing modifications, and fare differences.
- Manage refund requests by verifying fare rules, airline policies, cancellation charges, and eligibility.
- Handle ticket cancellations in accordance with airline regulations and company SOPs.
