We're Hiring | Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.

Location: CMR University City Campus, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore
Experience: 5+ years
Industry: Education / School Hiring
Compensation: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Working: 5.5 days a week (Monday to saturday) Saturday is half day. (Onsite job)
Preference: Immediate Joiners

Key Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
✔ Prior experience in education / school hiring is mandatory
✔ Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
✔ Good sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines
