Role Description
The Junior Social Media Associate is a full time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role involves assisting in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms, including drafting posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.



The associate will support day-to-day channel management, monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages as directed, and track basic performance metrics. They will collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm content ideas, adapt copy for different platforms, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also includes researching trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to help refine social media strategies and improve content effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic copywriting, visual ideation, and familiarity with short-form formats (posts, reels, stories).
- Candidates should possess Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, including understanding of major platforms, audience engagement, and basic analytics
