Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage performance tuning activities to optimize application performance, including database queries optimization, query profiling, and code analysis.
- Develop and maintain capacity planning models using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or other similar technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system resources for improved overall efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on issues affecting production systems and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide expertise in capacity management best practices to ensure effective utilization of IT infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in Performance & Capacity Management with expertise in Tuning & Optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc).
- Solid understanding of SQL Server administration, query writing, stored procedures, views, functions etc., along with knowledge of database design principles.
