Spartan Fitness is a premium fitness and wellness brand focused on delivering a high-quality member experience. As part of our facility, Spartan Fitness Kitchen provides food and beverage services to members, guests, and team members.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Spartan Fitness Kitchen. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of restaurant operations, team management, customer service, inventory control, and food safety standards.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service quality, managing staff, controlling costs, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Restaurant Operations
- Manage the daily operations of Spartan Fitness Kitchen.
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure SOPs and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, FOH, housekeeping,
and management teams.
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, onboard, and manage restaurant staff.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules and rosters.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide feedback.
- Maintain discipline and a positive team culture.
- Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor service speed and quality.
- Build strong relationships with regular members and guests.
- Take proactive measures to improve the overall dining experience.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor food, beverage, and consumable inventory.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchase team.
