Job Description – Accounts Manager

Company: VXV Creations Location: Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala Department: Accounts & Finance Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

VXV Creations is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company’s accounting operations, financial records, billing, taxation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, GST compliance, and day-to-day financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Handle GST filing, e-way bills, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.




- Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way billing, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience in a printing, manufacturing, or service-based company.
- Knowledge of inventory-related accounting will be an added advantage.
