Key Responsibilities
- Teach IB DP Chemistry effectively according to IB curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
- Prepare students for IB DP internal and external assessments.
- Guide students in Internal Assessment (IA) projects and research work.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure proper safety procedures.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate academic records and participate in school meetings and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support students' overall academic development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- IB DP Chemistry teaching experience preferred.
- IB training/certification will be an advantage.
- Robust communication and classroom management skills.
