Role & responsibilities

1. Bulk Hiring & Volume Recruitment

Plan and execute high-volume hiring strategies for plant operations, technicians, shop-floor operators, and junior-to-mid-level engineering roles.

Manage multiple recruitment channels including local job boards, field sourcing, labor contractors, placement agencies, and campus placements.

2. Drive & Campus Event Management

Organize, coordinate, and execute large-scale walk-in interview drives and off-campus/on-campus recruitment events.

Liaise with plant leadership, department heads, and interview panels to schedule and streamline interview slots and panel availability.

3. Advanced Excel & Recruitment Analytics

Build and maintain recruitment trackers, daily/weekly sourcing dashboards, and hiring pipelines using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, nested formulas).

Track key recruitment metrics such as Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Channel Yield.
