Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations. Implement business strategies, policies, and operational plans. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor operational performance and achieve company targets. Improve processes, productivity, and overall efficiency. Manage and support teams, ensuring proper task allocation and performance. Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to the management. Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders when required. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure company policies, quality standards, and procedures are followed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in operations/management preferred. Robust leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Good knowledge of business operations and process management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
