Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer role based in Mumbai. The Laborer will support daily operations in the warehouse, production, and packaging areas, including handling inventory, moving materials, and assisting with loading and unloading goods. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces,



following safety guidelines, and supporting the team in meeting production and shipping schedules. The role may also involve basic assembly, labeling, and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. The Laborer will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to complete assigned tasks efficiently and reliably.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods, and operating basic material-handling equipment.
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or retail operations, including inventory handling, packing, or basic assembly work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality when handling, inspecting, and packaging products.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.
