ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising the production assembly line
- Inspecting product at all stages of production and post production
- Monitor consumable consumption to control the cost
- Maintaining safe and good quality environment in shop floor
- Responsible for training all operators/ technicians/ helpers
- Planning manpower, machine and material to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Implementation of KAIZEN and 5S culture on the shop floor
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure production schedules are met
- Achieve timely dispatch of orders as per the project timelines.
- Responsible for reducing and tracking the Production losses during the process
- Responsible to follow the ISO process and adhere to the defined procedures
- Alter the Production process wherever it is required to improve the Productivity.
- Analyse, find and implement corrective actions within the Production Area.
- Responsible for effectively managing the team resources including team. motivation,identify training needs,



improve employee productivity and output efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining discipline within the team by all workers.
- Responsible to implement quality system.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- B.E or Diploma Engineering - Electrical
- Minimum 1-3 yrs experience required
- Experienced in electrical work.
- Good communication skills to deal with all kinds of workers (skilled/unskilled)
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, self-motivated and passionate about delivering quality project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
