Job Summary

TVS Electronics Limited is looking for a Spare Parts Officer to handle spare parts inventory, stock coordination, dispatch, and documentation. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely availability and movement of spare parts.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update spare parts inventory and stock records.
- Receive, verify, and issue spare parts as per requirements.
- Coordinate with service engineers regarding spare parts requirements.
- Prepare spare parts dispatch and receipt documentation.
- Track inward and outward movement of spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment when required.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending spare parts and deliveries.
- Support stock verification and periodic physical inventory checks.




- Prepare basic reports related to stock, consumption, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts.
- Perform other inventory and operational activities as assigned.

Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- B.Com / BBA / BA candidates can apply.
- Good communication and basic computer knowledge can apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with internal teams and service personnel.
