Role Description
The International Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position involves identifying and engaging prospective clients globally, presenting conference offerings,



and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The associate will maintain relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and provide consultative guidance to help them select events that align with their strategic objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and proposals, updating CRM records, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and conference production teams to align sales messaging with event content and ensure a high-quality client experience.
