Job Description
Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with organizational policies and objectives. Manage and track the full contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution, renewal, and closure. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective contract strategies. Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, or partners while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Evaluate contracts for potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
