Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified business opportunities for our Manpower outsourcing Payroll Outsourcing, EOR services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and identifying the right decision-makers within target organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify potential business opportunities.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as:
- CHRO
- HR Head
- HR Operations Head
- Payroll Head
- Procurement Head
- Plant HR Head
- Generate qualified leads through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn networking
- Email campaigns
- Referrals
- Industry research
- Understand customer workforce challenges and qualify requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.




- Stay updated on industry trends, labour laws, payroll, staffing, and HR outsourcing services.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust telephone etiquette and confidence in cold calling.
- Good internet research and prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- CRM experience (Kylas, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a consultative approach to selling.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing/HR preferred).
- 03 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in HR Services, Payroll, Staffing, Recruitment, HRMS, SaaS, or IT Services is preferred.
