Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing FMCG Bakery brand and help scale our presence across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads
- Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other Quick Commerce platforms

✅ Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS improvement

✅ Manage media budgets effectively and optimize CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and other key KPIs

✅ Execute and scale marketplace advertising campaigns

✅ Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights

✅ Work closely with sales, category, and creative teams to maximize brand visibility and conversions

✅ Implement audience targeting,



retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies

Desired Candidate Profile:

✔ 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience

✔ FMCG experience preferred (Food, Bakery, Consumer Goods, Packaged Foods)

✔ Strong understanding of E-commerce and Quick Commerce ecosystems

✔ Experience managing significant ad budgets and delivering measurable business growth

✔ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
